🌿 FAMILY PHOTO SESSION AGREEMENT

Thank you for booking a family session with Zonje Photography! Below are the terms for your upcoming photo shoot. This helps ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.


📍 Session Details

  • Session Type: Family Session (30 minutes)
  • Location: Will be confirmed
  • Date & Time: Will be confirmed
  • Fee: R750 (includes 25 high-resolution downloads)
  • Additional images may be purchased @ R25 each from your gallery.


💳 Payment

  • A 50% deposit confirms your booking.
  • The remaining balance is due on or before the session date.
  • Payment is via EFT.


🚗 Travel Outside Worcester

Sessions are based in Worcester and surrounding areas.

If your preferred location is outside of Worcester, a additional travel fee may apply.

This will be discussed and confirmed during booking.


⏰ Late Arrival / Cancellations

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early — sessions are limited to 30 minutes.
  • Sessions may be shortened if you’re more than 15 minutes late.
  • Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance forfeit the deposit (unless weather or emergency).


🌧️ Weather

Outdoor shoots may be rescheduled due to poor weather at the photographer’s discretion.


📷 Gallery Delivery

  • A curated gallery will be delivered within 7 working days via private online link.
  • You may select 25 favorite images to download.
  • Additional images and print options are available for purchase.


🛡️ Copyright & Usage

  • Zonje Photography retains copyright to all images.
  • Clients receive personal-use rights (print, post, and share for personal use).
