sessions, purchases, and any services you request. By providing this information, you

Personal Information Act (POPIA) and South African data protection laws.
3. Photography Consent (For Minors)
If the subject of the photographs is a minor, you, as the parent or guardian, acknowledge
and consent to the collection and use of your child's photographs for promotional and
marketing purposes, including on websites, social media, and print materials, unless stated
otherwise.
4. Payment and Transaction Consent
You consent to the sharing of payment details with third-party payment processors
if necessary to complete your transactions securely.
5. Right to Withdraw Consent
You understand that you can withdraw consent at any time by notifying us in writing, but
any work completed up until that point will remain valid.
6. Liability and Responsibility
You agree that Zonje Photography is not responsible for any injuries or damages that occur
during the photo session.

You acknowledge that Zonje Photography will retain personal data only as long as
necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in the Privacy Policy. You may request deletion
of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
8. Data Security
Zonje Photography ensures that all personal data is securely stored and processed in
compliance with POPIA.
